For a nationally operating car importer we supported the procurement process for a substantial charging infrastructure, complete with all necessary civil and installation works. A central (ultra) fast charging location provides cost benefits and ease of use for both employees and visitors. In addition to dozens of smaller systems, a number of 150kW to even a 350kW "showcase" charging system is planned in order to be ready for the future as loading speeds increase. An expansion of the power supply on campus by means of an additional 1600kVA transformer and various new sub-distribution devices was necessary in order to be able to connect all the charging stations. The project was recently completed successfully.
