For a nationally operating car importer, we supported the procurement process for maintenance work on building-related installations. With the aim of reducing concerns, professionalization and financial predictability of maintenance, a procurement process was conducted based on maintenance activities described in the specifications according to the NEN2767 methodology. The procurement process was successful and maintenance has been carried out to great satisfaction for several years.
