Amsterdam training centre

The physical security of a police training centre had to be upgraded, including adapting the camera system to the new requirements. Together with the client, a design process was followed in which knowledge and experience were translated into a pragmatic programme of requirements. A suitable party was selected by means of a multi-public procurement procedure in which, in addition to the costs, professional competence and affiliation with the police organisation were also tested. The project was supervised from the design phase and, where necessary, provided with advice, via procurement to delivery and transfer to management and maintenance.
