Personal data such as your first and last name, address details, e-mail address and telephone numbers are used for the processing of quotation requests, the creation and execution of agreements and compliance with laws and regulations.

In addition, contact details (mainly name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) are transferred to us at the time of the realisation and during the execution of projects. This is often done by means of business cards or via project directories. We save these project-related personal details in the relevant digital project files.

1612.nl BV respects laws and regulations. Customer information such as BSN numbers, bank account numbers, etc. are only accessible to employees as far as they are necessary for the work. Collected data will not be saved longer than necessary. The retention period depends on the purpose for which the data is required and may be laid down by law. Special personal data such as race, health, religion or criminal data will only be processed under strict confidentiality. We will do everything we can to guarantee privacy.

Contact details (company name, first and last name, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) are stored and managed in a central address file. This file is on the hard disk of our server which is located at our office address or in a data centre (cloud). However, we cannot completely exclude the possibility that project-related contact data is also stored locally on, for example, smartphones or laptops. Backups of our server are also stored outside of the office, of course in compliance with a very high level of security. External access to our server and the data on it is only possible with "administrator" rights, via a secure VPN connection which is protected with two-way authentication. The risk of unauthorized access to locally stored data is thus reduced to a strict minimum.
